CapricornTigress - Using Sacred Soul Light Downloads As Mantras

I am a Sacred Soul Light Healer and a Sacred Soul Alignment Practitioner.
Over the last few years I have finding new fun ways to integrate the Sacred Soul Alignments and Healings into my work as an Astrologer and Reader.

The concept of using the Sacred Light Intention Downloads as Mantras came to me when I realized that I liked saying them more than once.... the repetitiveness of a mantra (Saying something 6-60 times in a row) seemed to work better for me. Sometimes I will just walk around the house and say: I know what it feels like to: __________.

No matter what, it can't hurt to reinforce the positive mindset instead of a negative one, so repetition is our friend.
